Senior Director, Family Support Services
The Director of Family Support Services is responsible for developing and implementing services to recruit, retain, and support prospective adoptive families from their first contact with The Adoption Exchange through placement of a child in their home, and the support thereafter. This includes identifying, developing, and implementing new strategic program initiatives; improving current family support and engagement programs and processes; establishing linkages and partnerships within the community to stregthen service repsonses; and functioning as a thought leader within the Program Department to enhance family support porgrams and processes across the organization.
