Position Title
Program Specialist

The Adoption Exchange is seeking a Program Specialist for our Aurora, Colorado office.

Do you speak fluent English and Spanish? Would you like a part-time, flexible position working with families who want to adopt? If you answered yes to both of these, this job could be for you! This position will be based out of our office in Aurora, Colorado and can vary in hours from around 5-10 hours per month, depending on the families’ needs. The Program Specialist will work out of their home to assist by contacting Spanish-speaking families to provide adoption information and to connect the families with adoption resources.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (Spanish) required
• BA in Social Work or related field required
• Experience in adoption or child welfare required
• Expertise in providing customer service/family support
• expertise with Microsoft Office, Excel, Internet Explorer, as well as excellent communication and writing skills
