Diligent Recruitment

National Resource Center for Diligent Recruitment (NRCDR) at AdoptUSKids
The Adoption Exchange manages the NRCDR, whose goal is to assist states, tribes, and territories in developing and implementing comprehensive, multi-faceted diligent recruitment programs in order to achieve improved outcomes; including permanency and placement stability for children and youth in foster care. They provide free capacity building services, publications, and other support to help you recruit, support and develop foster, adoptive and kinship families.

Diligent Recruitment Navigator 
The Diligent Recruitment Navigator​ is a tool that helps guides states, tribes and territories through their own process of developing a comprehensive diligent recruitment program.  The Navigator provides discussion questions and people to include in the process of creating a diligent recruitment program.  You can customize the navigator so it is tailored specifically to your child welfare system. 

Child Welfare Information Gateway
The Child Welfare Information Gateway’s mission is to provide Child Welfare professionals with information, resources, and tools covering topics on child welfare, child abuse and neglect, out-of-home care, adoption, and more to help strengthen and support children and their families.

Child Welfare Capacity Building Collaborative
The Children's Bureau's Child Welfare Capacity Building Collaborative helps public child welfare agencies, tribes, and courts enhance and mobilize the human and organizational assets necessary to meet Federal standards and requirements,  improve child welfare practice and administration, and achieve safety, permanency, and positive well-being for children, youth, and their families.

This association consists of hundreds of attorneys nationwide who practice/are distinguished in adoption law.
