Waiting Child Update
February 22, 2017
Thank you for your interest in children who wait in foster care for an adoptive family! View the children below and visit our Children's Gallery to learn about the many wonderful children in need of homes.
Morning is Jacob's favorite time of day, as he prefers to rise early to accomplish as much as he can! He loves video games so much that he aspires to become a video game designer when he grows up. When not tuned into an interactive game, Jacob can be found exploring his interests in Pokemon, basketball, and board games. Listening to country music and watching movies bring him happiness. Though Jacob can be described as a picky eater, he is willing to try everything at least once. With a compassionate and easy going personality, he forms positive relationships with peers and adults and values friendships.
Jacob does well in school and continues to make academic progress as a ninth grader. He currently benefits from an (IEP) Individualized Education Plan and counseling.
This delightful teen is looking for a loving family that will support him as he grows and learns. His caseworker prefers a Christian family; however, all family types will be considered. Financial assistance may be available for adoption-related services.
For Oklahoma children, both homestudied and non-homestudied Oklahoma families are encouraged to inquire; only homestudied families from other states should do so.
